Total Ticket Cost
All prices shown on our web site include booking fees and VAT. We don't make you struggle halfway through the order process before telling you about additional booking fees, convenience fees, sales tax, credit card handling fees, service charges, administration costs, baggage surcharges, airport tax, legal costs or winter sports cover. Total Ticket Cost: where a ticket price is shown, what you see is what you pay.
Post + packaging charges are shown separately because we charge those once per order, not per ticket: if you buy three tickets we put them all in the same envelope. You can even combine postage for multiple gigs in the same order, provided they are all in the same calendar month so we can post them together.
Finding Us
Personal callers are welcome at our Central London premises, where you can collect tickets previously ordered on the net, buy tickets over the counter, or collect a free printed copy of our Gig List. Drop in when you're passing.
By Tube: Take the Tube to Oxford Circus (Bakerloo or Central Line, Zone 1). Leave the station by Exit 8, which brings you directly out on the east side of Argyll Street. Stargreen Box Office is on the other side of the street, between Warehouse and Mamas & Papas.
By Bus: Many bus services stop near Oxford Circus - for details, call the information line on +44 (0)20 7 222 1234, or see the maps in most bus shelters. From the junction itself, Argyll Street is east along Oxford Street, on the south side of the road (opposite Top Shop). Stargreen Box Office is 30 metres down Argyll Street on the right-hand side - look for our signboards.
Collecting tickets
Once tickets for an event are available (may be up to a month before the gig) you can collect them from us in person at any time that we're open. Please note that we're closed on Sundays, and be sure you leave enough time before the gig. See the Delivery and Collection page for details.
